This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for ClipPhlow subscriptions and credit purchases.
Subscription refunds
Subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not substantially used paid credits or features. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable.
Credit purchases
One-time credit top-ups are non-refundable once credits have been applied to your account, except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Contact support@clipphlow.com with your account email and reason for the request. We review requests within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
